  4. Après 12h de macération, remue bien et met à cuire à feu vif jusqu'à ébullition. À ébullition, baisse ton feu à doux et laisse cuire 1h.
  5. Hors du feu, mixe les figues. Remet sur le feu et ajoute l'agar agar. Laisse cuire 2 minutes en remuant au fouet. L'agar agar prend sous l'effet de la chaleur.
  6. Remplis des pots. Ferme les et met les tête en bas une nuit.
  7. Le lendemain, retourne les, colle une jolie étiquettes et régale toi !
    Se conserve deux ans sans problème. Généralement elles sont toutes mangé ou offerte dans l'année ☺️
