  9. Avec un ciseau coupez les bords puis les tourner une fois.

    Laissez de nouveau poussez pendant 30 à 40 minutes dans un four éteint.
  10. Enlever votre plaque du four.
  11. Mettez le four à 180 °.

    Puis avec 1 jaune d'œuf et 1 c à c de lait badigeonnez votre pâte.
  12. Enfournez 30 minutes à 180°.
  13. Sortir du four et couvrez le avec un torchon propre, jusqu'à refroidissement.
  14. Dégustez tiède ou totalement refroidi.
